Colors are true to life. If you feel that the items ordered are not to your liking, you can return within 15 days after you received the order. Items must have tags and mut be unused. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Our pillows are sold without inserts. You can purchase inserts separately on our website.
Simply email us your order number and request a return authorization slip. You will then be responsible to pay for and arrange to ship the items back to our warehouse.
Wash in delicate cycle, dry on low heat. Iron on medium heat.
Sorry, we do not make custom pillows.
Many of our the fabrics you see in our pillow range are not available as fabric. Click HERE to see available fabrics.
It clearly states in each item description if an item sold out can be ordered.
All of our fabrics and wallpapers are sold via our showrooms. Click here to find your nearest showroom - they will be able to assist you with pricing, memos and any other questions you might have. If you are located outside of the regions represented by a showroom, contact us and we can help you directly.
As our range of textiles is handprinted, we do not consider printing irregularities a fault, these are part of the charm of the process. If you do believe that the product you received is faulty, please email a photo of the fault to our team to review. If the product is deemed faulty by our team, we will be in touch to replace or refund the item.
Occasionally we make mistakes when preparing an order, please email us and we’ll get it out to you asap.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded, so please choose carefully.
