Spring / Summer Fashion - Orders must be placed between Aug to Nov - for March to May delivery.

Fall / Winter Fashion - Orders must be placed between Feb to April - for August to October delivery.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Shipping will be charged at a flat fee of $15 for all orders under $100.00.  
You will receive an automated email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched. *Note we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery times during the Christmas and sale periods could be longer than our standard time frame. These timings are subject to change due to carrier and warehouse delays.

Returns Policy

You must request and return within 14 days of receiving your item/s. The item/s must be in original condition, with the original packaging and tags still attached. Item/s must not have been used, washed or altered in any way. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Before sending any return items, please ensure you have submitted a returns request via email (sales@alamwar.com), as you will need a Returns Slip for the return to be accepted by our warehouse. We strongly recommend that you use a registered shipping method, so that you can track your order and because alamwar cannot be held liable for items that are lost in transit. 
All items must be received into our returns center in Peoria, Illinois before the refund is processed. Please note that once your return is delivered to our warehouse it can take up to 5 business days for processing. The refund will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Note the cost of the original shipping and the subsequent return shipping will not be reimbursed or refunded, unless the items are deemed faulty. ALAMWAR DOES NOT OFFER RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS*.

Exchange Policy

Alamwar does not offer exchanges. You will need to return your original purchase (see Returns Policy above) and receive a refund for it, then place a new order online for desired items.

Excessive Returns

Alamwar monitors returns to identify potential abuse or misuse of our return policies. Continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

Faulty Items

Please note that when dealing with hand printed and dyed items, there will always be a degree of imperfection in each design. If you believe your item is faulty, you will be asked to submit photographs of the fault within 7 days of receiving your order. It is up to the discretion of alamwar to determine, in its discretion, whether or not this is a legitimate fault. Typically, small printed imperfections and dye lot variations are not considered a fault and will not result in a refund or exchange.
In the event the item is deemed faulty, we will replace the item if it is in stock. Failing that, we will issue you a full refund for your purchase.

All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Orders

Occasionally items are incorrectly listed as 'in stock' on our website. We apologies if this situation does occur and will contact you immediately to work out a solution. Alamwar gives you the option of a full refund, exchange of item or to put the item on back order if it is due to be back in stock soon.

Cancellations

Once an order has been made, please contact us within 24 hours of placing order.

Promotional Codes
